After the Europeans championships, WINTECARE is already at work at the Grand Prix!
The Birmingham Grand Prix has just passed and the WINTECARE technical committee has certainly not gone on vacation! Our specialist Gabriele Bertelli packed his T-Plus and umbrella and left for England.
The diamond league in Birmingham was an event made just after the challenging championships in Berlin, but certainly full of big European names who have fought together with athletes from all over the world to win another title.
Our specialist Gabriele Bertelli was able to support 22 athletes carrying out his work in the days before the event and on the competition day. As usual we want to thank all those who have passed for our treatment station at the Crowne Plaza hotel and, in particular, we want to congratulate Luvo Manyonga gold in the long jump, Fred Kerley gold in the 400m, Sandi Morris gold in the pole vault, Léa Sprunger gold in the 400m hurdles, Shara Proctor bronze in the long jump, Magnus Kirt bronze in the javelin throw and Elijah Manangoi bronze in the 800m.
Beyond the results achieved we are happy that, every time, more and more athletes require the presence of WINTECARE specialists at Diamond League events and thanks to Nike, this year we managed to cover most of these.
Finally, thanks to these events, our specialists can test their skills in the field of biomechanics and specific exercises useful for the athlete’s well-being. In this way they enrich their professional experience and are always stimulated to give their best in the treatment sessions.
